DMCA Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. This page explains how we handle copyright concerns for educational materials on our platform.
About Our Educational Content
GamesMachine creates original educational resources focused on mobile social casino game UI design. Our tutorials, case studies, and learning materials are developed specifically for aspiring game designers in India and beyond.
We take copyright seriously. All course materials are either original creations by our instructors or properly licensed from third parties. If you believe any content on gamesmachine.social infringes your copyright, we want to know about it.
What Qualifies as Infringement
Copyright infringement happens when someone uses protected work without permission. This could include copied tutorial content, stolen design assets, or unauthorized redistribution of our paid course materials. Educational fair use does apply in some cases, but wholesale copying never does.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright holders can request removal of infringing content. Your notice needs specific information to be valid. Missing details will delay the process.
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. Include titles, registration numbers, or URLs where the original exists
- Location of the infringing material on gamesmachine.social with enough detail that we can locate it
- Your contact information including email address, phone number, and mailing address
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Incomplete notices won't be processed. Make sure you include everything listed above before sending.
Please don't use this process for general complaints or feedback about course content. This is specifically for copyright infringement claims under DMCA.
Counter-Notifications
If we remove your content based on a DMCA notice, you can file a counter-notification if you believe the removal was mistaken. We'll restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
Counter-notifications require similar detail as the original complaint. You'll need to identify the removed content, provide contact information, and include a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your local district court.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Users who repeatedly post infringing content will lose access to the platform. We maintain records of DMCA complaints and take action when patterns emerge. This applies to both course content creators and students in our learning community.

We review all DMCA notices within 48 hours of receipt. Valid complaints result in content removal or access restriction while we investigate. You'll receive confirmation once we've processed your notice.
Complex cases involving fair use or educational exceptions might take longer to resolve. We balance copyright protection with legitimate educational use when evaluating claims.
