Build Casino Games People Actually Want to Play

Most casino games look the same. Learn to design mobile interfaces that stand out, keep players engaged, and make sense on small screens. Our autumn 2025 program focuses on what actually works.

Mobile-First Design

Casino games live on phones now. We teach you how to make interfaces that work when someone's holding a device in one hand. Touch targets, thumb zones, and visual hierarchy that makes sense at 6 inches.

Real Project Practice

You'll design actual slot interfaces, roulette wheels, and card game layouts. Not theoretical exercises — real projects that go in your portfolio. Each one gets detailed feedback from designers who've shipped these games.

UI Animation Skills

Static mockups don't show how a game feels. Learn to prototype spinning reels, card flips, and win celebrations. We cover both the technical side and the timing that makes animations satisfying.

What Past Students Made

Priya joined our January 2025 cohort without any game design background. She'd done some web design but wanted to try something different. Six months later, she had a portfolio piece that got her contract work with a studio in Bangalore.

Her slot machine redesign took a tired Egyptian theme and made it feel fresh. The animations were smooth, the paylines were clear, and the whole thing just worked on mobile. That project opened doors.

Students complete an average of 4-6 full interface designs during the program. Most find these projects more valuable than any certificate — they're proof you can do the work.

What You'll Actually Learn

Slot Machine Interfaces

Design spinning reel layouts, bonus screens, and win displays. You'll learn why certain themes work better on mobile and how to balance visual excitement with usability. We cover everything from symbol design to payline indicators.

Table Game Adaptation

Taking roulette, blackjack, and poker to small screens is tricky. We show you how to simplify complex layouts without losing the feel of the game. Chip placement, betting interfaces, and dealing with limited screen space.

Animation and Feedback

When should a win animation play? How long should a card flip take? We dig into the psychology of game feedback and teach you to prototype interactions in Figma. Timing matters more than most designers realize.

Portfolio Development

Your final month focuses on presentation. We help you document your design decisions, create case studies that tell a story, and build a portfolio that gets responses when you send it to studios.

Who Teaches This Stuff

Rohan Deshmukh, Senior UI Designer

Rohan Deshmukh

Senior UI Designer

Spent seven years designing slots for a studio in Mumbai. He's worked on games that millions of people play and can tell you exactly why certain design choices work or flop. Rohan reviews all slot machine projects and runs the animation workshops.

Kavya Reddy, Mobile Game Designer

Kavya Reddy

Mobile Game Designer

Kavya specializes in adapting table games for mobile. She's the one who'll push you to simplify your designs until they actually work on a phone screen. Her feedback can be direct, but students say it's the most helpful part of the program.

Is This Program Right for You?

We get these questions a lot. Here's what we tell people who ask.

1

Do I need game design experience?

Not really. Most students come from web or app design backgrounds. If you understand basic UI principles and can use Figma, you'll be fine. We teach the game-specific stuff from scratch.

2

Will this get me a job?

We can't promise that. What we can say is that mobile casino games are popular in India right now, and studios need designers who understand the format. Having solid portfolio pieces helps, but job hunting still depends on your effort and timing.

3

How much time does it take?

Plan for 10-12 hours a week. Two live sessions plus project work. The autumn 2025 program runs September through November — three months total. Some students need more time on projects, some finish early.

4

What if I fall behind?

All sessions are recorded and you get access to previous cohort materials. We've had students who missed weeks due to work deadlines and still finished their projects. The program has structure, but it's flexible enough to work around your schedule.

Autumn 2025 Enrollment Opens June

We're keeping cohorts small — around 20 students — so everyone gets proper attention. The September program details and pricing go live in early June. If you want to design casino games that people enjoy playing, this might be worth your time.
